WHY BECOME AN IBO PARTNER?
Being a partner/sponsor of the International Biology Olympics is above all an investment in the future. In the future of young students full of talent and ability, in the future of our planet and in our future. IBO bring together (albeit virtually, in this pandemic state) hundreds of young people from all over the world, who were selected in each country on the basis of their work skills, commitment and passion for science, namely Biology. The competition therefore brings together the world’s greatest talents in this area, with the event being accompanied by hundreds of distinguished professionals including Professors, Members of the Academies of Science and scientists from all over the world. All support is welcome and will allow all of us (organization and partners) to demonstrate to the new generations that effort, rigor, merit, ethics and competence are much more important than the ephemeral fame of a post on the social networks. We value work and effort and we want to prove it to these brilliant young people.

There are several forms of partnership, the most common being financial support or in kind or services. But other forms of partnership are possible in this online event model. Ser um parceiro/patrocinador das Olimpíadas Internacionais de Biologia é acima de tudo um investimento no futuro. No futuro de jovens estudantes cheios de talento e capacidade, no futuro do nosso planeta e no nosso futuro.
As IBO reúnem (ainda que virtualmente, neste estado de pandemia) centenas de jovens de todo o mundo, que foram seleccionados em cada país em função das suas capacidades de trabalho, de empenho e de paixão pela ciência, nomeadamente pela Biologia. A competição reúne por isso os maiores talentos do mundo nesta área, sendo o evento acompanhado por largas centenas de distintos profissionais entre Professores, Membros das Academias de Ciência e cientistas de todo o mundo.
Todo o apoio é bem-vindo e permitirá a todos nós (organização e parceiros) demonstrar às novas gerações que o esforço, o rigor, o mérito, a ética e a competência são muito mais importantes do que a efémera fama de um post nas redes sociais. Nós valorizamos o trabalho e o esforço e queremos prova-lo a estes jovens brilhantes.
